In autumn 2025 JAB Communications were approached by the owner of an Exeter-based Health & Wellness Startup brand, to boost brand awareness, increase footfall to their Exeter-based studio and improve their marketing strategy and content.

The brief
The client, an emerging health and wellness brand with a physical presence in Exeter, got in touch for help with their marketing in September 2025. The business' offer centres around holistic treatments and the passion of the owners to help customer feel and look great but, despite state-of-the-art equipment and unparalleled expertise within the business, it was struggling to gain significant market traction and footfall. Furthermore, customer lifetime value was low and awareness of premium products and services needed improving.
