JAB Communications is a full-service digital marketing agency based in the city of Exeter, in Devon.

Led by highly experienced digital and AI marketing specialist, Helen Morgan-Parra, our digital agency has worked with hundreds of clients across multiple industries and sectors, from manufacturing to hospitality, health and wellness to academia, and tech to finance.

Helen’s career in marketing began in events management which evolved into a passion for digital marketing, search engine optimisation, content marketing, and more recently adoption of skills to leverage AI technology for marketing, helping clients retain competitive advantage in the rapidly shifting tech landscape. Helen became a Chartered Marketer in 2023, illustrating her breadth of knowledge and expertise, and has since gone on to become a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Helen founded JAB in 2023, following a move to the beautiful South West coast, with a purpose to form a digital marketing agency which would work with clients holistically, ensuring marketing and communications strategies aligned harmoniously with the business' objectives, growth plans, and brand values.

With her vision in action, JAB now works as an extension of our clients' teams - rather than simply an external supplier - providing businesses with an on-hand expert, who understands the business and the customers, and can help them fulfil their growth ambitions.

Helping businesses to overcome growth challenges, and working with a business support organisation for many years, helped inspire Helen to become a mentor for the national Digital Boost scheme in 2020 - a scheme designed to help startups and SMEs access fully-funded expert marketing advice. Over the years she has carried out hundreds of 1:1s and digital audits with business leaders and owners, from micro organisations to multi-national enterprises, providing holistic, impartial marketing advice and helping business owners to seize new opportunities for growth.

Combining Helen's skillset and experience with the talents of a number of experienced marketing and SEO specialists, senior graphic designers, and web developers, JAB continues to deliver marketing clinics and digital audits, plus a full suite of digital marketing services for businesses in Devon and across the UK.
